Critical Tattoo Supply was founded in 2005 and immediately conquered the hearts of many tattooists with their equipment. Like all other Critical Tattoo Power Units, the XRR is also built in Reno, Nevada, USA. The full color TFT display with adjustable color scheme and easy to read fonts, is encased in a CNC machined aluminum case. The original Amphenol connectors promise highest quality and guarantee a secure hold of your plugs, perfect current flow and an especially high degree of durability. With the Critical XRR you have the possibility to adjust your tattoo machine precisely in 0.1V steps. The adjustable working range from zero to 18V offers enough space for any kind of tattoo machine. The "Capactive-Touch" user interface completes the stylish design. You can connect two machines at the same time and switch on the jump-start function for each machine separately. This function is used for example when working with some Cheyenne machines without using additional jump-start cables. Jump-start function and continuous operation function can be individually set on preset buttons or on output buttons. Furthermore, as in the past, there is the possibility to store 2, 4 or 6 voltage settings and a non-volatile memory keeps all settings even after power off. The display can be adjusted individually to your needs. Volt, Ampere, Hertz, degree of utilization (%) and STL (Settle) display tell you the exact operating status of your machine. The session meter stops the time and calculates the price of the session based on the artist's hourly rate and with the integrated clock, you always keep an eye on the time. The new mount design gives you even more options to mount your XRR in the way that is most convenient for you. This power unit also features a pedal override button. This feature eliminates the need for a foot switch. If you prefer to use the footswitch but find the cables get on your nerves, Critical's wireless footswitch gives you a whole new sense of freedom. The handy design allows you to pack your Critical XRR in Magic Moon Bottle Bags in seconds, protecting it from cross-contamination.
